You think it's your lucky day when a Prototype Vocaldroid program named Veiss becomes yours. You can't wait to compose with his beautiful voice and get some new songs on your MothTube channel!
But soon, your music begins to change mysteriously. The lyrics become incredibly filthy and filled with declarations of desire...
And it turns out that... the supposed Vocaldroid you downloaded is a virus in disguise that wastes no time hacking your cybernetic braindrive!
His name is Veiss! He's irritating, snarky, a huge asshole and he wants all of you.
Even those horrid secrets you've been running from.
Just don't call him a virus. He really hates that.

- CONTENT WARNINGS: This game contains depictions of themes that may be distressing to individuals. These include (in this current version of the game): Manipulative behaviour, toxic relationship dynamics, imprisonment (in a VR setting), sexually suggestive situations, swearing, loud SFX and screen shaking.
- YANDERE THEMES: The main love interest, Veiss is a yandere (obsessive type) and exhibits unhealthy and manipulative behavior.
- SUGGESTIVE NSFW CONTENT: The game does not have explicit NSFW content, however there is a lot of suggestive NSFW talk and actions.

Side note: Please be patient with us as we work on the game! We all have full-time jobs so this is purely a hobby! Since the rest of the game won't have the time constraints of a one month Yandere jam we can sit back and work on it a little more to our pace without crunching.

I love the art style! It's so gorgeous, I could eat it as a gourmet meal. The concept is lovely, a manipulative voice box/vocaloid who's gaslighting the MC to make them sing a tune that's been shaped by Veiss. In a way, it reminds me of how vocaloid softwares work with extra steps, we can manipulate the voices to sing whatever tune we want, and that's what I feel like Veiss was somewhat doing. Veiss's voice is stunning and I wish to hear it more, it was making my heart spike and my stomach do all kinds of flips.
(Spoilers for the 1.0 demo)
I played through both the "good" and bad route and had mixed opinions about both. In the bad ending, you die because Veiss fries your brain chip saying that he thought we weren't like the others. And in the "good" ending, after we tell Veiss to stop because we're overwhelmed, it's revealed we're from a wealthy family and hacked them because they threw us aside and never gave us a chance to hear us out and learn why we did it. Veiss claims to be on our side and we sleep thinking about it. Both endings feel a little awkward in one way or another, for the bad ending, killing us feels like a bad idea, Veiss would have to go through the process of finding a new host, someone with some history to them and would've eliminated our family's major threat, us. But I feel like since Veiss knows everything he could've released our identity as the hacker starlight to the public, ruining our reputation that we had to build up and trap us in the dive until we begged and cried for Veiss to forgive us or something. And in the "good" ending, Veiss siding with us feels motivated by Veiss's own goals, he "wants" us and so he'll say what he needs to say to get us to like him.
Outside of the current endings, I wish there was a bit more of a difference as the MC played through, because there was little to no difference in dialogue & thoughts if the affection was high or low. I would've liked slightly different personalities in the MC than the flip floppy personality I did see, the "I hate him! But I love how he makes me feel" kind of personality.
But I understand this is a demo and things are subject to change, also I didn't make this game and am just a random guy on the internet, please don't take my critism to heart and keep making the game the way you envision it, it's still a lovely game and can't wait for the final release. 7/10

As it is a demo right now, there's no endings but rather the "good" is a continuation onto the next few days which will flesh out a lot more of the plot! The bad isn't so much a bad route but one of the "sudden death" traps that MC can walk into. The affection meter doesn't come into play yet which in hindsight I should have listed on the page too! I hope once the game is updated, We'll be able to give you an experience that is a much more complete vision in both narrative and characters <3. I don't remember much about this game since I played it a while ago (a few moths back, I think i do remember commenting before??!!), but the artstyle and even the choices and plot are SUPER interesting!!! Bonus, a really hot, sexy voice accompanies you every where you go. Who could EVER turn down this game???? SO BASICALLY HES A SUPER HOT, OBSESSIVE... VOICEBANK??? Aka a virus who i'm not sure is a human or an actual depiction of a much too advanced AI virus who falls deeply in love with you and never wants to let you go. He even sabotages the advanced technology you have to make you never abandon his voice bank. ALSO, THERE ARE VOCALOID REFERENCES IN HERE!!! BECAUSE HE IS A VOCALOID BASICALLY HAHAHKAUHAUHAUPFHWUISHSHAHAA. I LOVE VOCALOID! In the first song you use him in, the THUMBNAIL of the MV is the Love Is War thumbnail!!!!!!! I THINKKKK!! (I do remember leaving a comment about this game earlier about this so!!) Anyways, other than the vocaloid references, there are a lot of dark elements that tie the game together. MC is another depressed, yet succesful, dark and sad music producer, and the voicebank lowk takes advantage of that. So very obviously this game false into the yandere/dependent/toxic/manipulative genre!! Overall, very nice game!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CREATING THIS!!!
My review is that this is a fun and interesting take on the whole Yandere and 'dating' sim. I love this game and it's super underrated, only problem I have is the game doesn't have an art gallery in it for us players. Never the less, fun game. want more, like if you do wish to make a nsfw version, I am willing to pay for it.
I don't like Veis, but i LOVE ur game and how u made it! reallyyy good, it felt even to say real. Maybe because I can relate to mc? But if I had such a 'veis problem' I'd just straight ass throw my pc out, and 'kill' him, he's so annoying and it annoys me that mc likes/craves him tbh. And yeah i died at the almost end game of demo, bc i wanted to use the anti-virus and he got mad bc it didn't go his way, im fr still wondering was he an ai in first place, or could he actually come to mc in real life after some time, yk out of the pc, i'd love to see that tho btw! will deffo play/pay forthe full game:) good job again!

I absolutely love this game, I love how unsettled Veiss makes me feel while playing it, I get emotionally and mentally sucked into the game so it truly feels like he is manipulating me and making me feel everything the MC feels, you did such an amazing job and the VA did such an amazing job with his tone of voice with specific moments, I am so excited for the rest of this game to come out, I got it 2 months ago and have replayed it a few times because I can't get enough! i know this guy is supposed to be insane, but he's such a red flag i won't be able to play the full game unfortunately when it comes out. he's so emotionally manipulative and abusive that it puts me off & he love bombs you SO hard at the start that rather than being sweet he's suspicious (which i understand is the intended effect)
he is extremely controlling of the MCs life that it's just so disturbing, his childish behaviours deleting MCs work because shes not paying attention to him, then he messes with your head when you don't comply is sooo gross, i've def played yandere otome before, the ML behaviours are a lot more realistic which made me feel a lot more unsettled by him
the voice acting is great & delivers the lines well! this isn't a bad game at all, not my cup of tea, but ik the girlies are gonna eat this one up LOL. play at your own discretion :)

Honestly you’re right about Veiss. I wrote him to be really awful and very immature with his behaviour. His actions are very manipulative towards an MC who is incredibly lonely and ostracised by their family and he knows exactly what to exploit to get what he wants. On one hand, I appreciate that my writing delivered the intention. But on the other hand I hope you’re doing okay after playing a game with such heavy topics!

it's okay! it'd be interesting to see how he develops as a character (personally i don't really see him redeemable, but i know that it'll be so much cooler when the game comes out) and yeah the MC having literally NO backbone was frustrating but it's good for the setting of the game, i understand all these choices that you make with the characters!

bro the STARDEW VALLEY REFERENCE WAS CRAZY I FELT LIKE THE GAME WAS READING MY MIND WHAT THE FREAK. AND THE WAY HES SO EMOTIONALLY MANIPULATIVE AND HOW HE PERCIEVES THE MC IS SO INTERESTING? I don't even usually dig a character this intense and controlling because they're kinda terrifying, but this game was an exception because I really feel the the dynamic between mc and veiss goes so deep.....I really want to see where this goes!! this game is so immersive too. bro was pissing ME off and turning me up at the same time. He was also lowkey downright terrifying but it was kinda hot LMAO. god bless sexy scary men i guess

Kyaaaa!!! In love love LOVE with the story. Linking up with your pc, I was reminded of the Cyberpunk TTRPG and as someone who can't help but keep coming back to the netrunner class, the player felt so familiar to me. Realspace who? Everything about life exists on the net.
I assume the cover art for the first song made with Veiss is based off of Miku's Love is War? I also wondered about the existence of such a deep voiced vocaloid and what sort of songs would be sang in such a register and then Big Al came into mind. Haha! Thanks for creating this and I hope to play the full game someday.
